I decided to return to the starting point.
It seems that I tried to hard to do everything and discovered the hard way that this is not the right way. The more I did, the greater the expenses and loses were.
So, I decided to start all over, this time the right way.
I got back to my first Google AdSense site, http://www.Effective-Spyware-Blockers.com, and started to promote it in search engines. This time I used Brad Callen’ s Article Submitter, also available in a free limited version, which allows submitting to about 80 article directories. The Gold and Platinum versions allow submitting to over 350 directories, while the platinum version submits to over 200 of them in just One-Click.
I tried some other article submitting tools but found this one the best.
Anyway, I picked one of the articles from my site, moved it through the Content Wizard of EverProfit Toolbar (See post here) and submitted to all available directories. Since this was the first time I submitted, It took me quite some time to register to all these article directories. The only comfort I have is that the following submittions will go much faster.
I plan to get some more, 5-10 articles, and submit them also. I guess this will get me higher on Google search results and more traffic…

One of the best ways to improve a site rank in search engines is writing articles to create one way incoming links to your site.
For some, article writing comes easy. Some use outsourcing. Some try to write but needs a little help.
This is where Article Ideas comes in.
Article Ideas software is a simple tool that takes a keyword or a phrase and search that term in 300 article directories. It then takes paragraphs containing the specified phrase of the articles found, and create a long document with all these paragraphs. All you have to do when the program completes its task is to go over its output and get ideas for your article.
After your article is ready, you can use Automatic Article Submitter to submit your article to these same 300 directories. The more articles you write, that makes use of your keywords, the higher your site will rank in search engines, which means more traffic.
Quirk SearchStatus is a free add-on for FireFox.
After installing SearchStatus, it will show up on FireFox’s status line and will be ready to give you information as you surf the web. It will show you details about Google PageRank and Alexa rank of the current page, along with SEOmoz rank and Compete rank.
One of the most important features on SearchStatus is that it can highlight nofollow links directly on the page. This way you can know if writing an entry in a forum or commenting on a blog, will assist you in promoting you site ranking on search engines.
Among the other features SearchStatus have are Link report, Meta Tags stripping, Keyword Density statistics, Index and Backlinks status for Google, Yahoo and MS Live. You can also query WhoIs database and see the history of the page on archive.org.
I use Quirk SearchStatus regularly as I search for forums and blogs to promote my sites, search for link partners and when spying after competitors.

During the last two weeks I looked into tools that can help me with my first steps.
One of these tools is an Add On to FireFox, called PPC Web Spy. This tool show lots of useful information when you search Google.
As soon as you see the Google search results, every AdWords Ad will have a button under it. Clicking this button will show you keywords that used to activate this Ad, along with some more details such as Clicks per day, Average and Max Cost Per Click, Position and more.
You will also be able to see the destination URL of the landing page. This is the page you get to when you click on the Ad. This is useful if you want to see a landing page of an Ad and you don’t want to click the Ad, such as the ones that show up on your site as part of AdSense.
The PPC Web Spy is free to use, although it has Silver, Gold and Platinum versions, in addition to the free Standard version.
I hope you’ll find this tool as useful as I did.
Well, here it is… My first post.
I already made a few steps in the IM world and I have to make you catch up with me. I’ll share with you what I’ve done so far.
Okay, my first step was to learn about Google AdSense. I already have an AdSense account for several years, and my web site usually generates about $50 every month. I always looked at is as a way to cover my site’s expenses. It did.
My Home Study Course showed my a simple trick: If one site can generate $50 monthly, then 10 sites can generate $500 and 100 sites can make me a monthly income of $5000 on Autopilot.
I decided to start and build my first site (as an income source). I researched niches as I was taught in the HSC, built a web site under WordPress, wrote some articles (Didn’t want to outsource at this point) and launched the site: Effective-Spyware-Blockers.com.
Two weeks later, the site is indexed in Google (It was actually indexed in less then 24 hours, but that’s for another post), some links pointing at it, but very few traffic, needless to say clicks on ads. I also added some widgets to the site, Amazon, ClickBank and PayDotCom. If I need to make an income from this site, I will give the visitor anything he might want.
As soon as I understood that AdSense income takes time, I moved to Affiliate programs. Again I researched for a niche, located a product, and created an AdWords campaignand waited. I made two sales, totaling $97 in commissions ad stopped the campaign. It was not profitable enough. I cost me about 80% of my income.
During that time I read Mike Filsaime’s 7 Figure Secrets. Only then I understood the importance of a mailing list. This is my next step…
